Getting here

Registration opens at the London Stadium from 9:30am on Monday 9th, with the event kicking off at 10:30am. Closest stations are:

– Stratford (National Rail, Jubilee, Central, Elizabeth, DLR), 15 min walk
– Hackney Wick (Overground), 15 min walk
– Pudding Mill Lane (DLR), 10 min walk

We understand that 10:30am is a relatively early start for those travelling from far. The below trains will allow you to get to the venue in time:

  • Leeds: 07:15 – Kings Cross 09:30 (35 mins to Stratford)
  • Newcastle: 07:04 – Kings Cross 09:40 (35 mins to Stratford)
  • Manchester Piccadilly: 06:31 – Euston 08:41 (40 mins to Stratford)
  • Birmingham New St: 07:21 – Euston 08:51 (40 mins to Stratford)
  • Bristol Temple Meads: 07:30 – Paddington 09:05 (35 mins to Stratford)

The event closes on Tuesday night. For those staying over, please arrange travel from Wednesday morning. In order to keep costs down, please book advance train tickets

Parking

As previously mentioned, there is no parking available at the hotel, office or London Stadium. We strongly encourage you to arrive by train, however if you are planning on driving, you will need to source your own parking & ensure your vehicle is registered for the congestion charge zone (contact the fleet team here).

Accommodation

Accommodation will be provided on Monday and Tuesday nights for those that requested it at sign up; this will be at The Doubletree by Hilton in Angel. If you are unsure of your accommodation request, please reach out to justeatsalessummit@firstevent.co.uk and we will be able to remind you.

The Doubletree Angel is not able to be booked for the Sunday evening as it is out of policy.*

*For those travelling more than 3 hours, you are entitled to travel to London on Sunday. Travel and accommodation on Sunday will need to be booked through Travelperk and approved by your line manager. Please book the following hotels if you will be staying on Sunday evening. These are a 15 minute walk to the London Stadium:

– The Premier Inn London Stratford, E20 1EE
– Holiday Inn Express London Stratford, E15 2NE

There will be coaches at 21:30, 22:00 and 22:30 in the evening on Day 1 to take you from the Stadium to the hotel. Alternatively, you can make your own way to the hotel via public transport (approx. 45 mins).

What to Bring

  • Uniform: Required for all field staff, especially on Day 2
  • Lanyards: To gain access into Fleet Place House
  • Laptops/Surface Pros: For Salesforce access during our London Activation
  • Costumes: Get your creative juices flowing for our Tube Station themed party! From the elegant Angel to the sporty vibes of Arsenal, there are 272 stations to spark your imagination. Think outside the box and dazzle us with your interpretation of Barbican, Bond Street, or even Oxford Circus. Need more ideas?   • Orange Attire: Not into dressing up? Wear something orange to join in the fun & make the theme pop!
